 Applications:

• Fence alkaline substrates
• Improve the adhesion of OTTO and hybrid silicone sealants on mineral materials (eg concrete, plaster, porous concrete) and absorbent surfaces (eg plaster, fiber cement, wood) 
• Improve the adhesion of acrylic sealants OTTOSEAL A 205, A 207 OTTOSEAL, OTTOSEAL A 210, OTTOSEAL A 215, BA and BAB OTTOSEAL A 710 / A 770 OTTOSEAL on mineral materials (eg concrete, plaster, porous concrete, fiber cement, plaster ), as well as to untreated wood and varnishes, on metallic surfaces (such as aluminum, anodizing), and some plastics (eg PVC) 
• Improve the adhesion of the 2 component PU foam OTTOPUR OP 920 to highly absorbent surfaces, and sanding 
• Not suitable for improving the adhesion of the special silicone OTTOSEAL S 54 on asphalt. To this end, we recommend using the primer X-PR 1226

 Processing:

Preparation of adhesive surfaces
Cleaning: Surfaces must be clean, dry and sustainable. Impurities such as release agents, preservatives, grease, oil, dust, old Dicht-/Klebstoffeso as other substances that affect the liability must be removed.
Order: By following procedure is achieved by using an optimal result: Otto Primer 1105, with an appropriate brush to the joint edges. When using Otto Primer 1105, a drying time is required by at least 30 minutes - the time period until further processing can be up to 3 hours, when dust is avoided.

Storage:

12 months from production date in unopened packaging in a cool (+5 ° C to +25 º C) and dry storage. Opened container should be sealed well and consume in the short term.
