Secondary edge seal to produce UV-resistant insulating glass units in conjunction with butyl rubber as the primary seal.
Application Notes:
During application and curing of OTTOSEAL S9 is a good
Ventilated. OTTOSEAL S9 preparation and can be used immediately after appropriate opening of this container. Parts to be bonded must be clean, grease-free, dry and sustainable.As a cleaner, we recommend OTTO Cleaner T, methylated spirits or similar or automated cleaning equipment. The use of adhesion promoters(Primer ) from OTTO program no intermediate standing are required.Because of the large number of possible influences during processing and the application is the user always make a sample processing and application. The concrete Aufbrauchsdatum is printed on the packaging printing and observed.
Processing:
Application temperature: +5 º C to +35 º C.
Mounting method ejaculate: With Hand Press pistol, air gun or gun battery.
Cleaning: with white spirit before curing, then with silicone or removed mechanically.
Smoothing and leveling agents with Abziehspachtel before skinning.
Storage:
Cool and dry at least 24 months shelf life.
