New on the market is a device program for temperature measurement in photovoltaic processes. This
series with the brand name SolarPaq consists of three new models, which
are used for temperature recording and profile creation in the
production of solar cells and modules.

The
new systems run through the entire process, will measure the
temperature of the product and provide the information necessary for the
establishment and optimization of the process. Because
of their technical specifications, the three new solutions are suitable
especially for applications in the anti-reflective coating, laminating
and in the baking process.
Sun
is for example be introduced specifically for the lamination process in
a vacuum, a model for you, where loggers and thermocouples, together
with the measured laminate into the laminator. The
system can passes through the laminator and after the end of the
process temperature data are downloaded to the computer and analyzed. This can monitor the process without interrupting the current production. The
temperature profile, which the solar system during the lamination
processes decide on the proper curing of the adhesive, EVA (ethylene
vinyl acetate) and thus has a direct impact on the life of the module.
