Product Info:
Ottoseal S9 insulating edge seal to produce extremely UV-resistant Isolierglaseinheiten.Ottoseal S 9 is compatible with PVB film in laminated glass units.
Neutral curing RTV-1 silicone sealant
Extremely UV resistant
High tear and high impact strength
Great adhesion to glass and many materials, some
in conjunction with coupling agents
Very well tolerated with spacers made of aluminum,
Stainless steel and TPS
Non-corrosive
Compatible with PVB films for laminated safety glass units
Applications:
Secondary edge seal to produce UV-resistant insulating glass units in conjunction with butyl rubber as the primary seal.
Application Notes:
During application and curing of OTTOSEAL S9 is a good
Ventilated.
OTTOSEAL S9 preparation and can be used immediately after appropriate opening of this container.
Parts to be bonded must be clean, grease-free, dry and sustainable.
As a cleaner, we recommend OTTO Cleaner T, methylated spirits or similar
or automated cleaning equipment.
The use of adhesion promoters
(
Primer
) from OTTO program no intermediate standing are required.
Because of the large number of possible influences during processing and the application is the user always make a sample processing and application.
The concrete Aufbrauchsdatum is printed on the packaging printing and observed.
Processing:
Application temperature: +5 º C to +35 º C.
Mounting method ejaculate: With Hand Press pistol, air gun or gun battery.
Cleaning: with white spirit before curing, then with silicone or removed mechanically.
Smoothing and leveling agents with Abziehspachtel before skinning.
Storage:
Cool and dry at least 24 months shelf life.
